  5. Get 3-4 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
  6. Take As needed Some finely chopped coriander

  8. Take as required Water to knead dough
  9. Prepare as required Some wheat flour (to sprinkle while rolling)
  10. Prepare as required Ghee/butter (for frying)
  11. Take as per taste Salt
Instructions to make Bajre ka Stuffed Rotla:
  1. In a pan heat oil then add garlic,spring onions, chopped garlic, methi, coriander, kasuri methi and salt. Mix it well and tuen off the stove quickly.
  2. Now take a bowl, add pearl millet flour and salt. Add some water, knead it and make dough. Further Knead it well for another 5 minutes to make it softer.
  3. Then roll out few big size balls from dough. Flatten the dough balls with hands, make a cavity and add stuffing in the middle. Gently grab the edges and seal to form a tight ball.
  4. Place it on a flat surface, sprinkle some wheat flour on it.
  5. Now tap the stuffed ball and flatten it with your hand to form a thick roti.
  6. Now heat up the pan, place roti on it and cook it for 7-8 minutes on medium flame until it turns golden brown. Then flip it and apply ghee on and around the roti.
  7. And then your winter treat healthy stuffed bajra ka rotla is ready !!! Serve it with curd or chutney..
