  1. Make ready 1.5 cup leftover rice
  2. Prepare 1.5 cup maida
  3. Take 2 tbsp cornflour
  4. Take 5 tbsp refined oil

  6. Get 1 capsicum,
  7. Get 1 carrot
  8. Take ,2-3 spring onion,
  9. Get 1 onion,
  10. Prepare 1/2 bowl cabbage
  11. Make ready 3-4 garlic cloves,
  12. Get 1/2 inch ginger
  13. Take as per taste Salt
  14. Get 1tbsp, Soy sauce-
  15. Take 1tbsp each red chilli sauce,tomato sauce-
  16. Prepare 1/2 tbsp Vinegar-
  17. Get 1/2 tbsp Black pepper
  18. Get 1/2 tbsp -cumin powder-
Steps to make Leftover rice veg and egg roll:
  1. Make paste of leftover rice without water after making a paste mix maida and cornflour and make a soft dough.Dough will stick in hand so use oil on hand for making dough.
  2. Finely chop all the vegetables and Switch on the gas.take a Pan and heat it.Pour 3-4 tbsp oil in pan and saute finely chopped garlic and onion for 2 minutes in high flame.after that add all the vegetables and saute for 3 minutes.
  3. Mix salt,sauces, cumin powder and black pepper powder in the veggies and saute for 2 minutes and keep aside.
  4. Now take a tawa and heat it in medium flame,tawa should not be too hot.now make chapattis of rice dough with the help of some dry maida.
  5. Cook it one side for 30-45 second and then flip it,now keep the fried veggies over the roll (which is already cooked)and when the other side cooked roll it and enjoy hot with sauces of your choice.
  6. For egg roll,When one side of chapattis are cooked flip it and break egg over it and flattened it with the help of cooking spoon and sprinkle some salt on it the again flip and let the egg cook for a minute.(omlette texture)
  7. Again flip the chapatti and keep veggies on it(omlette side) and roll it.Enjoy with sauce of your choice or without sauce.
  8. Rolls can also be customize as per choice of saucez which you can spread over the veggies before rolling.
