1. Heat oven to 350°. Place chicken in baking pan, put a little water in bottom of pan. Bake covered for 15 minutes.
2. In the meantime prepare the sauce. Combine sauce ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, continue cooking on a low flame for 5-7 minutes.
3. Peel potatoes, cut into chips at thickness of 1cm.
4. After 15 minutes, remove chicken from oven. Take out chicken from pan, set aside. Put potatoes into pan neatly lined. Spice with garlic, onion, paprika powder, salt & pepper to taste. Place chicken back into pan, on top of potatoes.
5. Pour sauce over chicken and a bit on potatoes.
6. Bake covered for 1 hour.
7. Uncover, sprinkle with parsley flakes, add broccoli and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
