Instructions to make Spring roll:
  1. Mix flour+sugar+butter+baking powder to your desire consistency
  2. Preheat non stick pan and start to brush on the mixture on it
  3. When your desire thickness is achieved you can set it aside
  4. Stir fry your veggies and add seasoning
  5. Spray the sheet on flat surface and add the filling from the beginning of the sheet, Fold it once you are the the middle, fold both side and continue folding the u glue it with the remaining paste
  6. Preheat oil and deep fry it
  7. Ready to serve

Spring rolls are my absolute favorite Vietnamese food. Apparently, people have different versions of the dipping sauce. In our family (and yes, we're Vietnamese), we make a peanut-hoisin dipping sauce. When I was growing up, Chinatown was the only place you went for authentic Chinese food, but it was almost exclusively Cantonese restaurants. These fresh spring rolls are a healthy, delicious appetizer!
