Hey everyone, it’s me, Dave, welcome to my recipe site. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a distinctive dish, spring rolls. One of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Spring Rolls is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It is appreciated by millions every day. It is simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. Spring Rolls is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look fantastic.

Spring rolls are a large variety of filled, rolled appetizers or dim sum found in East Asian, South Asian, Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian cuisine. The name is a literal translation of the Chinese chūn juǎn (春卷 'spring roll'). When was the last time you ordered spring rolls at a Chinese restaurant? Did you bite into it and wonder what was actually inside?

To begin with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have spring rolls using 9 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Spring Rolls:
  1. Make ready 1 cup All-purpose flour
  2. Prepare as per your taste Salt
  3. Take As needed Oil for frying
  4. Get 1/2 cup Capsicum
  5. Take 1/2 cup Onions
  6. Take 1/2 cup Carrots
  7. Take 3-4 Green chillies (slit)
  8. Get 1 cup Noodles
  9. Get as required (all the veggies should be thinely sliced)

Spring Rolls are the vegetarian super light, crispy and tender vegetarian appetizer cousin of the traditional egg roll. Make ahead and freeze before frying! Spring rolls are my absolute favorite Vietnamese food. Apparently, people have different versions of the dipping sauce.

Steps to make Spring Rolls:
  1. First of all take a bowl and add all-purpose flour,salt and a spoon of ghee to it.
  2. Mix it well and gradually add water to make a soft dough for the rolls.
  3. On the other hand take a pan and heat oil in it and add all the vegies to it. - Stir fry it altogether.
  4. Now add the boiled noodles to it and mix it all well by adding salt as per your taste.
  5. Once the noodles and vegetables are mix together and readied keep it aside and heat oil in a pan for frying the rolls.
  6. Roll the dough balls in chapati form and put noodles and vegetables into it and roll it in wheel form
  7. Now give it a deep fry in oil
  8. Fry it from both the sides and make it crisp. - You can cut the rolls into small pieces. - Serve it hot and crisp with the chutneys.

Spring rolls are my absolute favorite Vietnamese food. Apparently, people have different versions of the dipping sauce. In our family (and yes, we're Vietnamese), we make a peanut-hoisin dipping sauce. Spring rolls are a delicious side dish to any Asian-influenced meal or can be a great snack on their own.
