  1. Prepare For Samosa pastry
  2. Take 2 carrots
  3. Get 1/4 cabbage
  4. Get 5_6 spring onion
  5. Get 1 white onion
  6. Take 1/2 pink onion
  7. Get 3 french(green) beans
  8. Get 4 green chillies
  9. Make ready 3 cloves garlic
  10. Take 1 finger size ginger
  11. Make ready 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp garlic sweet chilli sauce
  13. Prepare As per taste Salt
  14. Take 1 small capsicum
  15. Get as required Oil for deep frying
  16. Make ready 1/4 cup maida for pasting
Steps to make Veg spring rolls:
  1. Slice all the vegetables. Crush ginger garlic and green chilies to a coarse paste.
  2. Pour oil into a pan. Put the paste. Add onions fry for a minute. Then add capsicum and fry a little.
  3. Add carrots, cabbage, and french beans. Fry for a minute. Add salt, soy sauce, and garlic chili sauce.
  4. Mix well. Finally, add spring onion and mix well. Turn off the flame. Veg for stuffing is done.
  5. Mix maida with little water in a cup for pasting the edges.
  6. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  7. Place the pastry on a plate. Keep the vegetables in the corner and start rolling from the corner. Paste the edges and roll.
  8. Repeat the process for the remaining veg and pastry.
  9. Deep fry the prepared rolls and remove from the oil once done.
  10. Plate it and enjoy it with sauce.
