  1. Prepare the ingredients. Cut carrot and wood ear mushrooms like matches. Button mushrooms cut into dice. Thinly chop cabbage, garlic and shallot. Heat 1 tbsp oil and saute garlic, onion and shalot until fragrant. Put carrot and cook for 5 minutes. Give little bit of water. Cook with medium fire
  2. Add all mushrooms to pan and cook for 2 minutes, then put cabbage.
  3. Add corriander, sugar, whitr pepper and mushroom powder. Next, pour oyster sauce and soy sauce. Cook it again for another 5 minutes. Set aside
  4. Dissolve 1 tsp flour and 1 tsp water. Take a sheet of spring roll pastry and put 1 tbsp vegetables (put like the picture). Fold the bottom side.
  5. Then continue folding the left and right side. Roll it up. Spread flour paste on tip of sheet and continue to roll.
  6. Do it until no vegetables left. You could put the spring rolls in the zipper bag and store it inside freezer
  7. If you want to fry it immediately, fry it until golden brown for 3 minutes with medium heat.
  8. Vegetables Spring Rolls are ready to serve with your favorite dipping sauce ✨
