  13. Take shredded lettuce
  14. Get diced onion
  15. Make ready diced tomato
  16. Get sour cream if desired

You'll want it shredded or cut into smaller pieces. Big chunks won't work well on nachos. Now you'll take your oven safe plate and stack it with tortilla chips. Spread your chicken evenly across the top of your chips.

Instructions to make Chicken enchilada nachos:
  1. Heat fryer to 375 and cook corn tortillas into chips. Place in two bowls.
  2. Place chicken in a pan and season with spices. Cook until done and shred. Stir in enchilada sauce, corn starch and shredded cheese. Cook on medium low for ten minutes.
  3. Pour warm tostitos queso over chips and top with shredded chicken, beans and top with desired toppings.

Now you'll take your oven safe plate and stack it with tortilla chips. Spread your chicken evenly across the top of your chips. Green Enchilada Chicken (premade at home) Place chicken, enchilada sauce, garlic, cumin, and onion powder in a medium pot. Remove chicken from pan, leaving enchilada sauce in the pot. Place first four ingredients in a pot.
