  10. Prepare 1/4 cup - Italian bread crumbs

Jalapeño Poppers are a spicy hot, creamy cheese with crumbled pieces of bacon stuffed in a jalapeño and baked to perfection! Appetizers are just what you need to start the party off right! Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly blended. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.

Instructions to make Jalapeño poppers:
  1. Preheat oven to 350•F
  2. Cool bacon until crispy and drain using paper towels. Then crumble bacon in bites
  3. Mix together well: cream cheese, parm cheese, sun dried tomato, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and bacon bites
  4. Place egg (scrambled), flour, and bread crumbs in each their own separate bowls for egg wash breading.
  5. Cut jalapeños in half. Clean out seeds and membrane.
  6. Stuff jalapeños with filling 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp each or as best fits.
  7. In order; flour, egg, bread crumb the entire poppers and place on baking sheet. (I added a touch more bread crumbs on top but is optional)
  8. Place in oven for 25 minutes. Crank the heat up to 500-550•F (I did 515•F) for about 5 minutes until top is nicely brown.
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce (ie, ranch or spicy ranch)

Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly blended. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture. Put halves back together and wrap each stuffed pepper with a slice of bacon. Arrange bacon-wrapped peppers on the prepared baking sheet. If peppers do not sit flat on the baking sheet, slice a thin piece off the bottom of the pepper so it will.
