  4. Mix everything nicely and keep aside. Now take both the flours-wheat and oats.
  5. Knead a soft medium dough with warm water. The dough should not be very hard. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  6. After 15 minutes, knead again for few seconds and then roll out a round shape.
  7. Make a Patantha in ghee or chapati as per your choice and enjoy hot with Garlic Chutney and spicy Malai dip!
