The flatbread is crispy and flaky on the outside; soft on the inside. A Paratha can be enjoy with curry, a pat of butter or stuffed with variety of vegetables, egg or meats. Cut flatbread in half with a bread knife and spread both halves with the tuna mixture. Remove aluminum foil and put back on the sheet.

  1. Crush corn and green peas and chopped capcicum
  2. Then mix it all veggies…take a pan add oil add veggies saute it add salt
  3. Sugar garam masala black pepper powder and mix it….then cool down then take paneer and mix together
  4. Mix it together
  5. Now make a dough….take flour add salt oil and soft dough
  6. Make a roti and add stuffing and roll it and fold book style
  7. Take a pan add oil put roll for saute then spread water then sprinkle seasame seeds and for 5 mins saute
  8. Then turn another side and now put in microwave preheated oven 180 for 30 minutes for baking….
  9. Another method on gas take a pan put stuffing roll in pan add water for cooking cover lead cook till water absorb…
  10. Ready crispy stuffed flatbread
