Add onion, and stir to coat with oil. Crumble tofu into very small pieces over the onion. In a separate skillet, melt butter and saute garlic until tender. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

  7. Heat some oil in a pan on low to medium heat, fry the tofu well on both sides. In the end, add the cheese on top of the tofu block
  8. Arrange the pasta, mushroom sauce,tofu on the plate and enjoy!!!

In a separate skillet, melt butter and saute garlic until tender. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, for sauce, in a medium saucepan cook the Mushrooms and onion in the butter until vegetables are tender. Stir in cream cheese, salt and pepper. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
