  3. Push the chicken to one side of the frying pan. Add the ginger to the empty part of the frying pan. Add the * ingredients and simmer until bubbly to make the sauce.
  4. Mix the chicken with the teriyaki sauce.
  5. Cook over high heat until there's no excess moisture in the pan and the chicken is shiny.
  6. Serve with mizuna greens or lettuce.
