  1. In pan with oil sauté spicy sauce (sambal) and carrot for 1 minute, add light soy sauce and sugar mix well then add the onion and mix well again
  2. ONCE ITS COOLED..AT THIS STAGE YOU CAN STORE UP FOR LATER USE OR UP TO A DAY
  3. To Serve, JUST TRANSFER TO A BAKING DISH AND TOP WITH COCONUT MILK AND COVER TOP LOOSELY WITH A FOIL 200c for 15 minutes
  4. OPTION 3….Put Slice, Onion pour all the mix well of (Spicy sambal, Light soy sauce and sugar mixture) then TOP coconut milk and then BAKED SPICY OKRA VEGAN IN ALUMINIUM FOIL 200 C for 15 minutes
