Use them to add nutrients and flavor and to make your meals more exciting! The first step is visual - so get colorful.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have salad topping using 9 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Salad topping:
  1. Prepare 3 squash
  2. Prepare 3 golden yellow potatoes
  3. Get 3 carrots
  4. Make ready 4 tomatoes
  5. Make ready 2 spoons sugar
  6. Get 2 spoons salt
  7. Take 1 orange
  8. Make ready 1 pinch oregano
  9. Get Jalapeno juice

The benefit of having plenty of different ingredients lets you create a multitude of. Salads are typically made by combining lettuce or mixed greens with an assortment of toppings and a dressing. Instructions to make Salad topping:
  1. Chop all veggies except tomatoes & add them to a put with water. On medium high
  2. Grab tomatoes add them to blender..(skin should have been boiled off). Fill half the blender with jalapeno juice
  3. After blending tomatoes pour back in pot with veggies
  4. Add sugar & salt
  5. Add oregano next
  6. Chop up 1 tomatoe & a quart of chopped onion. (Tiny). Stir it.
  7. Squeeze in orange
  8. Done. You add this as a topping for tostadas or enchiladas
