I was always so fond of this dish growing up, being that it was always available at family parties and my grandma's was hands down, the best!   1. Heat oil in a big pan

  3. Add pork and cook until brownish
  4. Put in shrimp paste and the shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes
  5. Add water and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pork is tender. Add a dash of salt and pepper.
  6. Add the squash. After 5-7 minutes, add the eggplant.
  7. Add the remaining vegetables. Season with a bit of salt. Do not overcook.
  8. Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy! :)
