  7. Make ready 6 cups Water

  11. Get 6-7 tbsp Sesame Seeds to sprinkle
Instructions to make Soft Pretzels:
  1. In a bowl add flour, sugar, salt and yeast. mix well
  2. Add water and knead soft dough
  3. Add butter and knead
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and keep in dry warm place for 2-3 hours
  5. Prepare baking tray, grease the surface
  6. Boil 6 cups water with baking soda
  7. Preheat oven to 190
  8. Gently deflate the dough and knead for 3-4 minutes
  9. Dust surface with flour, divide dough in equal portions, take out one and cover rest
  10. Roll the ball length wise as long as possible
  11. Make u shape, place right over left, knot once, reverse and shape
  12. Place on baking tray and cover while making rest to prevent drying
  13. Add pretzels to boiling water, cook for 30 second
  14. FLIP AND COOK FOR 30 Seconds PRETZELS SHOULD NOT BE BOILED FOR MORE THAN A MINUTE
  15. Drain and place on baking tray
  16. Egg wash all the pretzels
  17. Sprinkle sea salt and sesame seeds
  18. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown
  19. Serve warm, best consumed on same day
