- Get 1/2 cup sour cream
- Prepare 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon until smooth and creamy.
- Add more lemon and salt if desired. Sometimes I add a splash of white vinegar to kick up the zip.
- I know traditional tzatziki is made with nothing but greek yogurt, however i enjoy mixing the 2, bc greek yogurt can be strong if you're not use it. Feel free to only use greek yogurt.
- Serve with grilled kabobs, or check out my "kefta kabobs" recipe and use as a condiment!!!
- Also serve with pita chips if desired.
