  8. place the dough into a large bowl that has been greased, flip the dough over once so that the top side is greased also
  9. cover loosely and let rise until doubled approximately 2 hours
  10. once the dough is ready follow the next steps
  11. preheat oven to 400°F Fahrenheit
  12. mix together 2 tablespoons melted butter to tablespoons light corn syrup and 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  13. spread the mixture in the bottom of a 10 inch greased tube pan
  14. sprinkle the raisins and cherries on top of the mixture
  15. roll the dough into 48 equally sized balls
  16. roll each ball in melted butter and then in cinnamon and sugar mixture
  17. arrange the dough balls in layers around the pan: let it rise briefly, until doubled.
  18. bake at 400°F in oven for 35 minutes
  19. quickly flip the bread on to a heat safe dish
  20. allow to completely cool before serving as sugars can cause burns to mouth
