  1. Take 1 Cup Milk
  2. Take 2-3 tbsp Oats

  4. Make ready as required Almond Flakes
  5. Make ready 2-3 chopped Pitted Dates
Instructions to make 5 Minutes Healthy Breakfast:
  1. In a Pan take milk and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add oats to it and mix well.
  3. Add chopped dates to milk. Cover it and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. And it's Done. Switch Off the flame and pour it in a bowl.Garnish with Almond flakes and serve.
