  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
  2. Add the vinegar to the milk and keep aside for 10 minutes to make the buttermilk

  5. Bowl 3 - Whisk together the flour, whole wheat, cinnamon powder, baking powder and salt
  6. Combine the contents of bowl 3 with bowl 1 and then add the contents of bowl 2. Mix gently. Be careful not to overmix/overstir
  7. Pour into a prepared (well buttered) loaf tin
  8. Bake for 45mts till it passes the skewer test (toothpick inserted in the centre of the cake should come out clean)
