6. add garlic to skillet, drizzle olive oil on pan and add the rest of the butter to melt
7. add mushrooms, onion powder, parsley, salt & pepper to skillet
8. microwave broccoli in bowl with 1/4 cup water for 3 1/2 minutes
9. drain broccoli with slotted spoon and add to skillet once mushrooms are mostly cooked
10. after a few minutes add the chicken and allow to finish cooking
11. add pasta to skillet and toss
12. place on dishes and top with fresh mozzarella slices, serve hot
