- Now prepare Chocolate ganache by mixing dark chocolate compound with amul cream in 2:1 ratio.
- We need a little thick ganache.
- Now dip the balls in ganache. Sprinkle coloured sprinklers.
- Take a glass. Fill it with granulated sugar and place the sticks in it.
- This will prevent the sticks from falling because the upper top of stick has weight of the ball. Sugar downwards will help it to hold.
- Keep the glass in refrigerator for an hour minimum. Chocolate will set and your cake pops are ready.
