Fried Rice is one of the most popular of current trending meals on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. Fried Rice is something which I have loved my entire life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can cook fried rice using 15 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Fried Rice:
  1. Get 5 cups basmati rice
  2. Make ready 2 large Carrots
  3. Make ready Shrimps
  4. Get 1 cup Green Peas
  5. Get 1 cup sweet corn
  6. Prepare 9 fresh pepper diced
  7. Prepare 1 Large Onion bulb dice
  8. Get 1 tbsp. curry powder
  9. Get 1 tsp garlic and ginger paste
  10. Make ready 2 cksp Vegetable Oil
  11. Prepare 4 seasoning cubes
  12. Prepare to taste Salt
  13. Get 1 cup red kidney beans
  14. Prepare 1/2 cup spring onions
  15. Prepare dash secret spice
Instructions to make Fried Rice:
  1. Heat up enough water in a pot; once the water is boiling hot, add basmati rice and parboil for about 5 to 8 minutes, wash and drain in a sieve and set aside
  2. When preparing the vegetables: Wash all the vegetables. Dice the onion, peel the carrots and dice in cubes and set aside
  3. Heat up the vegetable Oil; add the onion, after a minute add garlic and ginger, then add the shrimps and stir fry for about 5 minutes then add pepper and after 4minutes, add carrots, peas, red kidney beans, then add a little curry, knorr cube to taste. Stir fry for 1 min and remove from heat.
  4. The Rice is going to be fried in small batches, so you’ll have to divide the stir-fried vegetables into equal portions. The size of your frying pan will determine how many portions you will have. Pour a portion of the stir-fried mix into the frying pan; add the cooked rice
  5. Mix everything together and allow to cook for another 3mins so your vegetables will still be crunchy; turn off heat and serve with grilled chicken
