  2. Make ready 8 oz Finely chopped ham
  3. Make ready 1 cup Crumbled blue cheese
  4. Prepare 1 cup Chopped celery
  5. Make ready 1/4 tsp White pepper
  6. Make ready 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. Get crust
  8. Take 1 box Frozen puff pastry thawed according to package
  9. Get glaze
  10. Take 4 tbsp melted butter
Steps to make Ham & cheese strudel:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F, grease a baking sheet
  2. Mix together ham, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, celery and pepper
  3. To prepare pastry, unfold puff pastry onto a 20 inch long sheet of wax paper. Using a floured rolling pin, roll pastry into a 15 X 9 inch rectangle. 1 box makes 2 strudels.
  4. Spread 1/2 filling lengthwise in a 5 inch strip down center of pastry sheet to within 2 inches of edges. Fold pastry over filling to enclose, folding in short sides first. Do same with 2nd pastry using remaining filling.
  5. Place strudel, seam side down, on prepared baking sheet. Remove wax paper. Brush strudel with melted butter.
  6. Bake strudel until lightly brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Reduce temperature to 375°F. Bake until golden brown, about 30-45 minutes more. Transfer baking sheet to a wire rack to cool slightly.
  8. Cut into servings and eat.
