  14. Get For Marinating Prawns
  15. Make ready 12 Prawns – medium size ones
  16. Take Salt to taste
  17. Prepare 1 tsp Chilli Powder –
  18. Get 1 tsp Vinegar or Lemon Juice – or to taste
  19. Get 1 tsp Soy Sauce – or to taste
Steps to make Prawn Fried Rice:
  1. Cook Basmati Rice, but dont add spices. Set aside.
  2. Take Prawns in a bowl. Add all the ingredients given in the list and mix well. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Add in the prawns and cook them for 3 to 4 mins till it is curled and cooked. Remove it and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies and capsicum. Saute for a min.
  5. Now add in soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.
  6. Add in the cooked prawns and toss well.
  7. Add in the rice and fry for 2 mins.
  8. Now finish with lots of spring onions. Toss once. - Serve hot.
