In the meantime, bring the vegetable oil to a high heat in a large skillet. Add the parmesan cheese to the spaghetti and toss to combine.   4. Add in the raw egg. Stir through rather vigorously to combine. You can either serve immediately, or allow it to sit for a few minutes to allow pasta to absorb extra sauce and become stickier (I rather like it this way myself!)
  5. Serve up with plenty more black pepper, pamersan cheese and chilli sauce, if that's your liking.
  6. I had the keeps again the next day with an extra dousing of chilli sauce.
